• Event Registrations to GEST meetings, courses, or events and compile registration and attendee lists, including the name, mailing address, to exhibitors in advance and/or after the meeting.
• Meeting Badges to embed Personal Data such as your name, location, registration type
• Purchases made on GEST website including prior registrations, examinations/assessments, videos, textbooks, journals, and educational content.
• Email Communications regarding your account, order, or responding to inquiries.
• Electronic Marketing campaigns to notify you about upcoming events or meetings, special offers, or other items related to GEST, our affiliates, and approved third parties. With your consent, or with an opportunity for you to withdraw consent, we may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.
• GEST activities such as committee or board member participation.
• Educational Content Submissions such as abstract, poster, or presentation submissions.
• Hotel Reservations require minimum information to be able to secure your lodging for meetings and events.
